Disappointed!

My 3-yr old daughter loves frozen songs so I paid money to get this app. I was able to watch let it go without any issue, but failed to get other songs! Now this is 5th trial to install the app to my ipad. If I failed at this time again, I will report this problem and request refund. My daughter is very disappointed now.
